Big O Tires

Had an appointment, car still waits beyond appointment time to get worked on. No big deal, just annoying. Was told they would put one of my take offs on the spare which was over ten years old and horribly cracked. I had a good 1/4" of tread left on a rear tire that had good wear. The front tires were wearing badly due to a bad previous alignment from this same shop (toe-in and hunting while driving). This shop acts like people should constantly be bringing their cars in for alignments with 1, 2 & 3 year alignment check packages - I find that very strange. Do the job right! Got four new tires and asked them to put the cover back on the spare tire when they were done. They did not put the cover on correctly. Slapped it over parts it was supposed to go under stretching it. The spare tire was visible. I had to pry the clamp to get to off when I got home... Only to discover the same 10 YEAR OLD CRACKED SPARE STILL ON THE CAR! Called them, they said they would save one of my take offs to come back and get it mounted- only to call me back and tell me they were too far worn to mount and could sell me another tire. I think I'll just go somewhere else from now on. They also tried to tell me

Big shout out to Big O tires. Jacob and the store manager took care of me. Bad situation, taking kids to school and going to work afterwards. Gentlemen in the park, let his dog off the leash. Poor dog ran into my car and flatten my tire. Great thing is dog is OK so thank goodness for that. And for the Awesome team and hard work from Jacob. They got me back on the road really quick. Thank you guys again!!

Took the car to Big O tires to get the air-conditioning recharged. Told the guy I just put on a brand new hose and didn’t need nothing else. They charged the car up didn’t tell me anything else was wrong. Didn’t try to upsell me. Did business straightforward. I would definitely be going back to this place and I recommend that you do too. Great AC job. The air conditioner blows so cold I had to turn it off on the way home. 1000% recommended.

Came in with a coolant leak and they quickly found the cause. Had to order the part which took awhile to get so I was there for a few hours. Once they got the part it didn’t take long and also had a coolant flush. Everyone was very nice. Looked at the work the next day and it was no longer leaking. Job well done. Thanks Roderick!!!!

Danny and the team took care of my car last minute and faster than expected! They gave fair and honest recommendations without any of the pushy sales tactics you get at a lot of other places. I'll definitely be coming back for my next service.
